The Brave New World Of Higher Rates

FYI: Individual investors have an advantage over fund managers. They’re more focused on generating income than beating a benchmark or competitors, and buying directly means they don’t have to deal with trading or paper losses. They don’t have to watch net asset values dip and jump. That often leads to buying and selling at exactly the wrong moment.
