A Model for Decision Making under Uncertainty

Hi Guys,

Yet another reference to an article that outlines a plan to help make better decisions under uncertainty conditions. We all face this situation in our daily doings. Here is the reference:

https://www.farnamstreetblog.com/blog/

The article is dominated with a detailed presentation of the OODA decision model. Many MFOers likely already use some form of this logical model. It works because it improves the odds for success. I will not define it here hoping that my omission will encourage you to visit the Linked paper.

Good luck, good reading, and Best Regards

  • Hi Guys,

Modeling can get complex very quickly. One decision model will likely not be sufficient to touch all the bases. Here is a Link to 113 (yes really 113) decision models:

Now Good Luck is really needed. Fortunately, these models offer many overlapping elements. Regardless, indeed good luck is a necessary element in all decision making.

    Best Wishes
