The Closing Bell: Technology Slump Leads U.S. Stock Indexes Sharply Lower
FYI: U.S. stocks are sinking Thursday as technology companies and most other parts of the market take sharp losses. Industrial companies are also trading lower but media companies are rising after Twenty-First Century Fox posted strong results in its latest quarter. Macy's is climbing and competitor Kohl's is falling after the two department stores disclosed their third-quarter results.
