trying to identify stock from ticker symbol sound-alike

My dad described a stock he was interested in investing in. He said "eastern" is in its name, it invests in "government buildings", and knowing him it will have a pretty good yield. On a not-so-great cell phone reception the ticker symbol sounded like DDA, but I suspect the two Ds are Cs, Bs, Gs, etc, something with that long-E sound. Any idea what stock this is? He gets his investment ideas from newsletters. Thx!

    GOV (a REIT) invests in government buildings and is the most common one mentioned but there is a newer player in that area called Easterly Government Properties (DEA).
