Do International Stocks Still Have Plenty Of Room To Run?
FYI: International stocks are on a tear this year. Vanguard’s Total International Stock Market Index (VGTSX) is up 17.13 percent to August 10, 2017. Vanguard’s Emerging Markets Index (VEIEX) has gained a whopping 19.54 percent. So far, both foreign index funds are leaving U.S. stocks behind. Over the same time period, Vanguard’s Total U.S. Stock Market Index (VTSMX) is up just 9.28 percent.
