I suspect the word "investors" in this article is mostly institutional investors and funds that own EMkt ETFs. My guess is that very few truly individual investors are likely to invest in specific country ETFs. They will more likely use broad-based EEM and diversified EM mutual funds. Perhaps I am wrong, but are there MFO folks buying Philippines, Vietnam, Argentina, and South Africa ETFs?
