  • It looks like Cisco System back in the tech bubble days. Cisco was acquiring many companies as their growth strategy. At one point It was traded with PE ratio over 120 and market capitalization valued more than GE. It lost 80% of its stock value after the bubble burst and never recovered. What Amazon is doing today is called investments.
  • No different from new oil exploration/speculation by an oil company. Is it?
