Hey wait a minute, now. Why do you take microphone every other month telling everyone how silly they are to not invest in index funds? And now that everyone is doing what you have long lamented about them not doing, are you feeling guilty index fund have amassed so much assets their piddly fees are still generating lot of moolah based on significantly higher amounts invested?
I'm not sure this is much of a problem because there are so many different indexes. And many indexes are quite narrow. Selecting which index to invest in is also a form of active investing.
