IBD: Paul Katzeff: The Painless Way To Add $140,000 To Your Retirement Account

FYI: Buoyed by an ongoing bull market, retirement savings balances kept rising in the first quarter, as reflected in accounts run by Fidelity Investments. The average 401(k) balance in plans whose records are kept by Fidelity hit a record $95,500 by March 31, according to newly released Fidelity data. That was a 9% jump in a year. IRAs also hit an all-time high of $98,100, an increase of almost 10%.
