All the talking heads are saying, "Overseas ..... overseas." Why? Where most markets are at or almost at all time highs. The only ones where I see value are Great Britain (Europe), Australia, Shanghai (Asia), and the Russell 2000 in the U.S. This is from CNBC charts. Things are priced to perfection. How does that usually work out? Also, what happened to Korea? .....silence! ....that's good. Yet nothing is happening in DC. And when it does, it could be next year. Then, we'll have more elections coming up. Almost everything in my portfolio is pegged. How is that good? I see nowhere to add; it's time to sell a wee bit and wait, methinks. Saying that, I've sold FSCRX.... a long time hold. It's lagging the market and the PM is retiring so it's time to sell. I will soon retire so looking for less risk even though I hate to see it go.
God bless
