    Thanks for responding. On this one I believe You are absolutely correct.

    I hoped this post would highlight the absurdity of the amount of attention these unfortunate but extremely rare incidents receive. Popular media love car wrecks, fires and violent confrontation - all rare. And it's likely many fail to to grasp that more than 100,000 commercial flights depart/arrive around the world on average every day https://garfors.com/2014/06/100000-flights-day-html/. So to some these incidents take on a larger proportionality. Suppose we could dwell on "ambulance chasing." But, here too, I think the legal profession receives a bad rap. It takes just a few to sully the reputation of the lot.

    Let's stick to making money. Markets look hot again today, although the pm's have fallen precipitously in recent days.
