Lipper: The Month In Closed-End Funds: March 2017

FYI: For the fifth consecutive month equity CEFs on average witnessed a plus-side return on
a NAV basis and for the fourth month in a row on a market basis (+0.97% and +1.40%,
respectively). And for the fourth month in a row their fixed income CEF counterparts
chalked up a return in the black on a NAV basis, rising 0.31%, while suffering a decline
of 0.44% on a market basis. The U.S. broad-based indices posted mixed results for the
month, with the NASDAQ posting the strongest return (+1.48%) and the Dow Jones
Industrial Average suffering the largest decline (-0.72%
