  • Dumb title. Isn't comedy suppose to make you laugh or at least smile? This is just a sad list of our financial and political institutions and leaders snubbing their nose at us.
  • Point taken, yes: @MikeM. "We have met the enemy, and he is us." It has become customary to consider corporations, institutions and systems as somehow "out there, beyond arm's length, just out of reach." That way, no one has to take responsibility for the lousy mess the world has become. I have stopped being astonished at the way employees of a company speak of their employer as "them." (Aren't YOU representing the company to me right now, whether in person or on the phone?) Shameless. Nothing and no one is accountable, because people have designed everything to BE that way. But no one wants to see that, notice that, or admit it.
