FYI: A recent filing from Franklin Templeton outlines the firm’s plans to launch two actively managed municipal bond ETFs. The Franklin Liberty Intermediate Municipal Opportunities ETF and Franklin Liberty Municipal Bond ETF will join the two other similarly active fixed income ETFs.
