But with an uncertain year ahead for risk and currency, and emerging market bond yields hovering around 5%, active managers are tooting their horns. So we asked Morningstar to provide a list of the best performing ETFs and mutual funds of 2016. We narrowed the list of mutual funds to those without big loads or large minimum investment requirements.
