FYI: International trade is an important part of the US economy, and that is also true for the economies of the 50 states and DC that together make up that national economy.

The US Census Bureau keeps track of state-by-state international trade statistics. Using its data, we looked at the biggest exported good as measured by 2015 dollar value in each state and DC.
