Freddie, Fannie and Fairholme Funds

I gave up on FAIRX, but FAIRX and FAAFX may finally see some earnings / profits come their way:

  • The way I'm able to stay in funds like FAIRX is because of my strategy of never re-investing distributions. Automatically taking money of the table I have found is a good thing, that let's you purchase again when fund hits a bad patch at better prices.

    No AIP or Re-investment for me unless it is an "income" fund.
  • Bee...that article came out prior to Mnuchin's testimony yesterday, where he appeared to walk back some of his earlier comments. I think the pending court decisions will be as big a factor here, if not bigger.
