One down, umpteen to go? The new DOL fiduciary rule (which can impact advice concerning mutual funds in retirement plans, among other types of retirement assets) survived a court challenge as judges refused to enjoin the DOL and Labor Secy Perez. But more lawsuits are still pending. And it remains to be seen how Trump supports or undermines the pending new rule.
