And, yes from time-to-time I've played the lunar cycles within my IRA when I was a more active investor switching between cash and bonds into stocks. From my experience there does seem to be somthing to this strategy. And, if I could find a mutual fund to employed the strategy ... I'd probally add it to my portfolio.
