    Interesting exchange at about 4:00. Kinnel is asked whether he's concerned that people put too much reliance on the star ratings and analyst ratings. His response was no, because most money is invested through advisors who watch out for the suitability of the investment.

    Kinnel seems to have chosen his words carefully.
