A bit of a counterpoint to yesterdays post on "The Problem With Dividend Stocks." Not everything is always in a state of being stretched or overvalued. From MarketWatch.com:
'Not too late' --- that is a strange notion.. As far as I know, there is no plan to close the financial markets. So you can buy them Monday morning.... or in a month or in a year...
The 9/9/16 decline was quite 'egalitarian' in dragging down divd and non-divd stocks. If anything, 'yieldy stuff' dropped harder than 'growthy stuff'.
It may not be 'too late'... but it may be 'too early'....
