Why Investors Should Think Global

FYI: (Click On Article At Top Of Google Search)
The typical U.S. investor has too little exposure to global investments, says Erik Davidson, chief investment officer of Wells Fargo Private Bank, which oversees $508 billion in assets for accounts of $5 million and up. He advises wealthy clients to tilt 30% of their portfolios toward global opportunities in all asset classes, including stocks, bonds, real estate, and commodities. U.S. investors, he says, typically have less than 15% of their portfolios in securities beyond our borders.
