The United States Of Market History Amnesia

FYI: Investors need an applied historian for a financial advisor.

    HI Guys,

This is a terrific article that nicely summarizes many valuable investor learned lessons. Please take time to access and read it. It is well worth the effort.

Here is a reference to an earlier article by the same author. It too provides a listing of mistakes to avoid. Give it a look-see:

    http://tonyisola.com/2016/08/lies-investors-believe/

Author Insola emphasizes the very general 80/20 rule. In this application, he claims that 20 % of the investing population will believe just about any exaggerated claim. I suspect the real number is actually much higher. We are gullible and anxious victims when the promise of easy money is offered.

    Best Wishes.
