FYI: Indexes were mostly negative to begin the day but frowns turned upside down as dovish Fed minutes were released. The S&P 500 gained 0.19% while the NASDAQ added 0.03%. Some voting Federal Reserve policymakers expect that a U.S. interest rate increase will be needed soon, although there is general agreement that more data is needed before such a move, according to the minutes from the Fed’s July policy meeting.
