Oppenheimer Fund Manager, Justin Leverenz, Grows Concerned With China’s ‘Short Game’

FYI: One of the biggest U.S. investors in China is growing uneasy about the policy direction that the country is taking, and he’s not being quiet about it.

In what he called an “open letter to China,” Justin Leverenz, who manages the Oppenheimer Developing Markets fund, which has an $11 billion invested in Chinese stocks, laid out the challenges that China is facing and raised questions over the government’s responses.
