IBD: Why This Europe ETF Is Beating Rivals By A Mile As U.K. Cuts Rates

FYI: Major index-tracking ETFs crawled higher Thursday, as investors eyed choppy oil prices, a heavy slate of earnings and major overseas news.
European exchange traded funds scored mild gains after the Bank of England (BOE) announced its first interest rate cut in seven years. The bank halved a key interest rate to 0.25%, announced it would expand a bond buying program, and dialed down forecasts for growth in the U.K. economy this year and next.
