FYI: A mixed but quiet session today as the S&P 500 fell 0.13% and the NASDAQ 0.43%. On the economic front, the Institute for Supply Management’s closely watched manufacturing index for July fell to 52.6 from 53.2 (any reading over 50 indicates expansion), while construction spending fell 0.6% in June.
