Here's a statement of the obvious: The opinions expressed here are those of the participants, not those of the Mutual Fund Observer. We cannot vouch for the accuracy or appropriateness of any of it, though we do encourage civility and good humor.
BILDX / BILTX launched this week. DL is working to make it available on various platforms and trying to expedite the process. The fund is available from DL directly.
IIRC, it was open only to employees at first, and for quite a few weeks after inception (Apr. 4) showed only $5M AUM. Now, acc. to M*, it's at $80M.
After further reflection, they must have decided to drop "Global" from the name, as it was originally registered. It is now, simply, DL Infrastructure Income Fund, thereby removing any implication that the fund will be, fundamentally, ever-present in non-US infrastructural investments. Although it probably will be, as indicated by this from the prospectus:
The Fund may invest without limit in Infrastructure Investments in the United States or in foreign countries, including emerging market countries. However, the Fund generally seeks to invest principally in instruments denominated in U.S. dollars.
