In the ongoing scrutiny of the Labor Department’s newly revamped fiduciary standard, there has been a frenzied search for unintended consequences. Now, there may be some for closed-end funds—but that’s not a bad thing.

I got caught up in this scam when I bought AOD at it's subscription price of $20 per share back in January 2007. It immediately went to $21 and then shortly thereafter traded below it's inital subscripition price. I lost over $25,000 in this little venture, Thanks a lot Sam Lieber !!
