Good article Ted, thanks for posting. I have two of the more basic smart beta funds, one with equal weight RHS and the other is PKW, which follows the Buyback Index of those repurchasing shares, not approving repurchases of 5% or more in a given year. Some of the smart beta funds get more complex in their structure, and may be flavor of the month, but these two are meant to be long term holds for me.
