FYI: Fund giant Franklin Resources (BEN) saw outflows again in February, though the pace of money leaving its funds slowed. Analysts pointed to a roughly $9 billion outflow in February for the operator of Franklin Templeton funds. Total long-term assets under management in February declined by 2%, to $707.2 billion.
