What Buffett Saw in Baseball's Greatest Hitter

FYI: (Needless to say with the same first name and both of us being left handed hitters, Ted "The Splended Splinter" was my idol.)
Long before quants ruled Wall Street, before Stratomatic, before Bloomberg View columnist Michael Lewis conceived of "Moneyball," the man destined to become baseball’s greatest hitter was also baseball’s first quant.
Regards,
Ted

  • If either of you are you should go watch the Twins. They'll be a better story this year especially if they can produce another half decent starter.

...Oh, how I wish I was in Ft. Meyers! I was amazed to see Don Mattingly's managerial move. Just seems strange to see him not wearing Dodger Blue.
