FYI: Sustainable, or socially responsible, investing (SRI) has gained quite a lot of traction in portfolio management in recent years. Total assets managed by agents that included environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria in their decision-making processes were estimated at $3.7 trillion by 2013, out of a total of $33.3 trillion in the U.S. investment marketplace.
