FYI: Is it time yet to buy China stocks? Some, maybe, according to strategists looking for buy signals. They're focusing on ones with strong fundamentals, which are not among the China stocks at the heart of the Middle Kingdom's equities sell-off. Many state-owned enterprises in banking, oil and manufacturing are plagued by over-capacity and bad debt.

It's an urgent strategic issue, whether you invest via mutual funds or individual securities.
