FYI: (Same old Jeremy ! ) Maybe he’s just grouchy because Donald Trump won’t go away. Or he’s worried Trump will leave us, and then there’s no one to make America great again.
Whatever the reason, Jeremy Grantham and his friends at GMO are sounding really down on the U.S.
The storied investor and his money management firm have not only reiterated their unenthusiastic views on U.S. stocks. In their latest quarterly letter, they also diss America for things like our troubled education system, lack of wage growth, falling labor-force participation, rising death rates and even our overall stinginess.
