Goldman Sachs’ First ‘Smart Beta’ ETF Goes Live

FYI: Goldman Sachs’ (GS) asset-management unit rolled out its first exchange-traded fund on Monday.
The $50 million ActiveBeta US Large Cap Equity ETF (GSLC) is the first of six planned ETFs under the “ActiveBeta” label. It follows an index, created in house, that weights stocks based on value, quality, momentum and volatility.
