FYI: The Federal Reserve made clear that global economic and financial developments were factors behind holding short-term rates low.
That’s worrisome to Roger Aliaga-Diaz, the senior economist at fund giant Vanguard Group. Below are his thoughts on the Fed’s decision to stay its hand:
