DAILYALTS: Weekend Reading: Rethinking Risk Parity, Multi-Strategy, Market Neutral…

FYI: This weekend’s round-up of articles covers topics ranging from Alternative Fixed Income and Multi-Strategy funds, to Risk Parity and Equity Market Neutral. In the first article below, Jeff Benjamin at InvestmentNews notes that investors have pulled $4 billion from non-traditional bond funds in the first seven months of 2015 – a complete reversal from 2013 and 2014 when investors shovelled in more than $75 billion of assets into this this category. They were clearly early as the expected rate rise has not yet hit. But are they also a bit early in drawing down the assets in this category? The answer to that really depends on where the assets are going.
Regards,
Ted
