India ETFs Awaken As Reforms, Rate Cuts Take Effect

FYI: India ETFs are awakening from deep slumber after neighboring China sidelined them in the first half of 2015. Market Vectors India Small-Cap (ARCA:SCIF), a $245.6 million exchange traded fund, was the top performer among foreign funds tracked by IBD in the past month. It was one of 2014's big winners, too.
