FYI: The Kellner Merger Fund (GAKIX) recently celebrated its three-year anniversary. In recognition of its performance over that time, Morningstar has awarded the fund’s institutional-class shares with the coveted 5-star rating. Through June 30, the fund’s one-year returns stood at +5.78% and its three-year returns were +4.77%, both of which ranked in the top 4% of funds in its Morningstar category (Market Neutral funds).
