FYI: No one wants to hear their children complaining.
And while kids have an innate ability to moan, object and oppose whatever is happening around them, our dislike for that bellyaching may be why we don’t teach them how to complain when it really matters.
There is no denying, however, that virtually every consumer will have things to gripe about over the course of a financial life, where knowing the right way to complain, disagree and protest is a skill that ensures you get what you pay for, or don’t wind up paying at all.
