I guess Morningstar classifies it as mid-cap, although it is not restricted to mid-cap by prospectus.

I have been watching this fund since its inception.....the ONLY reason that I have not put a substantial investment in it is the fact that Chuck Akre is 70 years old or older. Not too sure how much longer he will be around.

Reply to @VintageFreak: In the fund commentary I posted above, it says Akre is 67 (as of February 2010). So 70 years old should be about right.
