In just a few weeks, yields on government bonds have swung dramatically, leaving investors with losses in what typically are the safest of bonds. Analysts are calling it a bond market rout. And analyst Nouriel Roubini, notorious for gloomy predictions, has referred to some of the latest conditions in the bond market as a "time bomb" for the markets
