FYI: Investment philosophies and investment forecasts are talked about as if they were a religion. Fortunately, no wars have broken out due to the active vs. passive debate, or a disagreement on the direction of interest rates. But when market pundits and investment pros stand before us and pontificate about the future of interest rates, or how active management is dead, all they know is what happened in the past. They don’t know what will happen in the future despite how confident they may appear. Nobody knows
