FYI: Investors fixated on a stunning decline in China, while the Deutsche X-trackers Harvest CSI 300 China A-Shares ETF (ASHR) dropped 5.8% in the U.S. Other than that, it was a quiet session. The number of Americans filing new claims for unemployment benefits unexpectedly rose last week, but not by enough to change opinions. Look for a slow Friday, but next week could perk up. Incoming are potential resolution on Greece’s creditor issues, a potential policy decision from the European Central Bank and the May jobs report in the U.S.
Regards,
Ted
