Investors flee US stocks at financial-crisis levels

The headline is a bit over the top.

    Umm ... It's hard to see how anyone is "fleeing" with the major indexes sitting at or near record highs. Seems about as likely as defying gravity.

    Who is buying? If retail is selling funds, there is always the chance that large money continues to purchase and/or there is a fair amount of short covering yet again.

    Additionally, the Swiss National Bank has a hundred billion in foreign stocks. Perhaps foreign central banks buying.
