Money Has Exited U.S. Stock Funds In 10 Out Of Past 11 Weeks

FYI: There are lots of eye-catching superlatives in last week’s report on flows entering and exiting mutual and exchange-traded funds.
The bottom line: money is getting pulled from stock funds even as global benchmarks are sitting near multiyear highs. It’s been a trend in development, though this time a dearth of buyers seems to have helped contribute to a market stumble. The SPDR S&P 500 (SPY) is off nearly 1% for the week.
