FYI: Heads up, the European economy is showing signs of life.
This uptick isn’t big yet and plenty of problems could nip it in the bud. Still, Europe seems to be shaking off the stagnation that has plagued it for many months. Some investors are already on board — the Stoxx 600 index is up 20% this year — and indexed investors should take steps now to accommodate a revived Europe in their portfolios
