FYI: Sometimes they come back. Thematic exchange-traded funds, that is. Thursday marks the return of an airline-focused ETF, the U.S. Global Jets ETF (JETS) after the Guggenheim Arca Airline ETF (which also had a clever ticker: FAA) was shuttered in 2013.
