FYI: If it’s Wednesday, crude oil inventories are rising. This morning’s weekly inventory report from the Department of Energy showed crude oil inventories rose for a record 16th straight week.

    Isn't this the time of year when refineries start to reboot to refine summer grades of gasoline? I thought I had heard before that capacity drops as they reset or whatever they do.
